Press release: Ampron to manufacture Smart Bus Stations for AFZ in Costa Rica

Our Smart Bus Stations will be serving business district passengers in San José, the capital of Costa Rica.

After months of discussions with the customer to map down their needs, we can finally confirm that we will build customer-specific stations that are based on our own Intelligent Smart City Bus Shelter Solution. 

We are humbled and thankful for the trust and possibility. Our goal is to build solutions to make life easier for people in the city environment and this is exactly what the AFZ saw and needed.

Customer is America Free Zone in Costa Rica. Having been in business for more than two decades, AFZ is placed at the top of the ratings in the corporate office segment, providing customers with the ability to grow, excellent customer service, the latest technology, infrastructure meeting international quality standards and unique amenities located within the campus.

AFZ has a strategic location in the heart of three provinces of Costa Rica with the highest concentration of qualified workforce (Alajuela, Heredia and San José). It is located next to the General Cañas Highway, just a few minutes away from the main business centers, universities, hotels, and means of transportation, including the Juan Santamaría International Airport.
