The challenge
The problem to solve
The Port of Sillamäe (Silport), Estonia's second largest port and fifth largest maritime trading port in the Baltic States, operates a grain weighing station with heavy daily truck traffic. Drivers needed to receive weighing results and routing instructions without leaving the cab — in outdoor port conditions, including winter low-light.
The solution
What Ampron delivered
Ampron supplied DR-720×1040-P5 vertical outdoor LED displays for the weighing station. These are the vertical-format configuration of the baseline DR-1040×720 model — selected for the upright mounting requirements of the weighbridge installation. The displays show real-time weight data and routing instructions pushed from the port's weighbridge management system via REST API.
