Ampron Environmental Testlab

Ampron test lab can perform tests in full accordance with EN60529 (also known as IP rating or enclosure waterproof tests), EN62262 (also known as IK rating or vandalism tests) and EN60068 (parts related to temperature and humidity). Some test methods of military standards MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-810, MIL- STD-833 and MIL-STD-1344 are also supported.

IPX5-X6 Water Tests Chamber

1000x1000x1000 mm chamber with turntable for items up to 30kg. Testing according to EN60529 standard or custom duration. Tests can be performed on energized test objects. 6,3 & 12,5mm nozzles. 12,5 & 100 l/min at 3 meters.

IP5X-6X Dust Test Chamber

1000x1000x1000 mm chamber for items up to 50kg. Testing according to EN60529 standard or custom duration. Tests can be performed on energized test objects. Vacuum available with adjustable flow.

Temperature & Humidity Chamber

1000x1000x1000 mm chamber for items up to 50kg, 2 shelves. Testing according to variations of standards or custom test procedures. Tests can be performed on energized test objects. Temperature test- chamber allows testing for many test methods in the precisely controlled ranges -70C…+150C and humidity 20%…98%, cyclic(non-rapid) and non-cyclic automated tests with up to 1000h duration.

IK Testing Set

EN62262 IK range is fully covered from IK01 to IK10, all three methods are available. Energized tests are available.
