Estonian Railway required modern passenger information displays at multiple stations — showing real-time departure and arrival data from their central timetable system. Display hardware needed to comply with railway electromagnetic compatibility standards (EN 50121-4) given proximity to electrified track infrastructure.

What Ampron delivered

Ampron supplied LCD EN 50121 Series displays certified to EN 50121-4 for installation at station platforms. The displays connect to Estonian Railway's passenger information system via REST API, pulling live timetable data, platform assignments and delay messages. Indoor and outdoor display configurations were used depending on platform exposure.
