Railway LCD Passenger Displays for Lithuanian Railways
The challenge
The problem to solve
Lithuanian Railways (LTG) operates the national rail network. The procurement required rugged LCD displays for passenger train schedule information at multiple stations — certified to EN 50121-4 (railway EMC), EN 55032, EN 55035, EN 62368, EN 60529 and EN 62262. Displays had to cover outdoor platforms, underground passages, indoor concourses and control room video walls in a single unified system.
The solution
What Ampron delivered
Ampron supplied the full hardware specification as subcontractor to the main contractor: outdoor 55" totems, duplex 49" platform displays, outdoor and underground-passage 49" single-sided units, 2×3×55" LCD video walls and indoor 55" vandal-proof displays, plus 253 AmpronLED lifetime player licences. Delivery completed in 2022.

- ✓ Over 200 display units delivered across the Lithuanian Railways network
- ✓ Outdoor and platform hardware to EN 50121-4 railway EMC
