EN 50121-Certified LCD Displays for Lithuanian Railways
The challenge
The problem to solve
Lithuanian Railways (LTG) operates the national rail network carrying 4.13 million passengers annually. The procurement required rugged LCD displays for passenger train schedule information at multiple stations — certified to EN 50121-4 (railway EMC), EN 55032, EN 55035, EN 62368, EN 60529 and EN 62262. Displays had to cover outdoor platforms, underground passages, indoor concourses and control room video walls in a single unified system.
The solution
What Ampron delivered
Ampron supplied the full hardware specification through system integrator Team LT UAB: 53 outdoor totem 55" single-sided LCDs, 76 duplex 49" platform displays (visible from both sides), 3 outdoor 49" single-sided units, 7 LCD video wall sets (2×3×55", 3.5 mm bezel), 44 indoor 55" vandal-proof displays, 29 underground passage single-sided units, and 253 AmpronLED Content Management lifetime licences. All hardware certified to the full EN 50121-4 standard suite. Delivery completed during 2022.

- ✓ Unified CMS platform — 253 licences managing all displays from a single backend

- ✓ Delivery completed on schedule during 2022
