GoSwift Queue Management at Lithuanian Border Crossings
The challenge
The problem to solve
GoSwift's queue management platform eliminates physical queues at border crossings by assigning electronic slots to vehicles. For the Lithuanian border locations — covering both the Belarusian and Russian borders — GoSwift needed LED message boards at five separate sites: Kybartai, Medininkai, Raigardas & Lavoriškės, Šalčininkai and a dedicated truck park. Each location required different display mounting and content configurations. Hardware had to be weatherproof and directly integrated with GoSwift's queue management backend.
The solution
What Ampron delivered
Ampron delivered 24 custom-sized rugged LED message boards across all five Lithuanian border sites, integrated with GoSwift's queue management software. Each display configuration was adapted to the specific site: holding bay indicators at Kybartai, traffic management boards at Medininkai, truck terminal information at Raigardas, light traffic management at Šalčininkai, and truck park information displays at the Šalčininkai truck park. All units integrate via Ampron's communication protocol. Delivered 2014.
