Ampron Workplace
Safety Board
Your incident-free streak, in LED digits your whole floor can see
Walk onto the floor and the number is right there — days without a work-related incident, counting up in real LED digits, visible from across the room. When something happens, you reset it from your phone in under a minute: connect to the board's WiFi, pick the incident date, confirm. The Ampron controller calculates the days and updates the display instantly via its own communication protocol. No cloud. No subscription. Yours.

Ampron controller at the core. Teltonika RUT200 for WiFi.
The board is driven by an Ampron LED controller — it runs the web server, receives update commands, and pushes numbers to the displays using Ampron's proprietary communication protocol. A Teltonika RUT200 industrial router sits alongside it: it broadcasts a private WiFi network for phone-based updates, and its built-in Event Juggler handles the physical reset button — converting a button press on the factory floor into an HTTP GET request that tells the Ampron controller to reset the counter instantly.
Teltonika RUT200 creates local WiFi
The RUT200 broadcasts a private Safety Board network. No external internet or IT infrastructure needed — just walk up and connect from any phone or laptop.
Ampron controller hosts the interface
The web server runs on the Ampron LED controller itself — no external server, no cloud. Works in any browser on any device.
Proprietary protocol drives the LEDs
The controller sends display commands over Ampron's own protocol. Both counters update the instant a reset is triggered — no polling, no delay.
Event Juggler converts button → HTTP
RutOS Event Juggler monitors the RUT200's digital input. When the physical button is pressed, it fires an HTTP GET request to the Ampron controller — bridging hardware and software without custom firmware.
Everything the board needs, nothing extra.

Date-based counter — no manual counting
Set the date of the last incident. The Ampron controller calculates elapsed days and pushes the number to the display via its own protocol. No spreadsheets, no arithmetic.
Reset in under a minute
Connect to board WiFi, open the browser, pick the incident date, hit confirm. The counter resets and starts climbing from zero immediately.
Historical record counter
A second LED counter shows the all-time record — the longest streak ever reached. Set it once during installation; update only when a new record is broken.
Works on any device
The browser interface is fully responsive — phone, tablet, or laptop. No app to install, no account to create. Connect to WiFi, open the browser, done.
Physical reset button on the floor
A hardwired button can be mounted at the board or anywhere on the floor. The RUT200's Event Juggler detects the button press on its digital input and fires an HTTP GET request to the Ampron controller — the counter resets in a single tap, no phone required.
Customisable interface
The web interface is white-label — your company logo, your brand colours. Deploy it looking like your own system.
One-time purchase
You own the hardware and the software. No subscription, no cloud fees, no vendor lock-in. The board works indefinitely once installed.
Reset the board in four steps.
There is no dedicated hardware to operate. Any authorised person walks up, connects to the board's WiFi, and updates the date from their phone. The system handles the rest.
Connect to Safety Board WiFi
Stand near the board and connect from any phone or laptop. No internet connection required.
Open the browser interface
Navigate to the board's local address. The "Update Safety Stats" page loads instantly.
Select the incident date
Pick the month, day and year when the last incident occurred. No manual day-counting needed.
Confirm — board updates instantly
The Ampron controller calculates elapsed days and drives the LED display via proprietary protocol. Done in under a minute.
Date selection on mobile — any phone, no app installTwo counters. Everything safety motivation needs.
The board carries two LED dot-matrix counters in a high-visibility yellow housing. Safety pictograms run along the top edge. The layout is designed to be read in a glance from across a busy floor.
Current streak counter
The upper display shows how many days have passed since the last work-related incident. Climbs automatically — no daily updates needed.
Historical record counter
The lower display shows the longest incident-free period ever achieved. A benchmark that motivates the team to beat their own record.
Safety pictogram strip
PPE icons (eye protection, hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, safety footwear) run across the board face — a constant visual reminder of on-site requirements.
High-visibility format
Industrial yellow background with LED dot-matrix digits. Readable across a warehouse floor, in variable lighting, at a glance.
The same industrial DNA that keeps a departure board live around the clock.
Ampron is an Estonian industrial manufacturer whose display systems already run in airports, railway stations and smart cities across Europe. The Workplace Safety Board is built on the same logic: keep it simple, keep it reliable, keep it in your hands. An Ampron LED controller runs the web server and drives the displays over a proprietary protocol — the same platform that powers Ampron's industrial display installations across Europe. A Teltonika RUT200 provides the local WiFi network. No cloud, no external server, no single point of failure sitting in a data centre somewhere. The board counts days for as long as the power is on.

For any site where safety culture is measured in days.
Manufacturing plants
Production floors where incident-free streaks are a key safety KPI and visible motivation matters.
Construction sites
High-risk environments where daily safety awareness directly reduces incident frequency.
Warehouses & logistics
Distribution centres and loading bays with forklift traffic and HSE reporting requirements.
Oil, gas & chemical
Process industries where "days without incident" is a board-level metric and compliance expectation.
Corporate facilities
Office campuses and mixed-use sites running formal HSE programmes with visible safety reporting.
Regulated industries
Aviation, utilities, mining — sectors where incident data is audited and safety culture is contractually required.
